I'm taking a break after personally completing a huge amount of writing, but I'm being encouraged to keep going by everyone of the Tomabechi-style coaches.
The Tomabechi Method of Coaching is a programme that constantly improves oneself, and yet never loses sight of the ethical side of self-improvement. I was fascinated by them.
Today, too, I have this saying from Master Coach Ryu Aoyama. I am taught how to be human beings who aim to improve ourselves without making others responsible for our actions.
One point in particular, ‘Think with a high level of abstraction and in a thorough manner’, I thought was coaching that only Mr. Tomabechi, who is involved in AI research, could provide. This is a field that I am particularly good at, having come from a background in philosophy and contemporary thought, where I am good at meta-thinking.
Please wait a little while for my personal review of Lou Tice's book ‘Affirmations’. I have received a large amount of work requests from fellow NPOs. I would be grateful if a reading study group or similar were to be held in the future, as this is a book that I would like to personally examine in depth.
Please let me cut my workload in half for a while. I've been writing at a breakneck pace, so I'm feeling a little tired. To all of you Tomabechi-style coaches, please allow me to be your friend for a long time. I humbly ask for your continued support m(_ _)m

Watching this Youtube reminded me of the lectures I enjoyed at university.
It was somewhat fast-paced and difficult for me, having been away from the world of intellectual academia for a while, but I could understand it with enough knowledge to have loved reading Newton on my graduation from science high school.

The last part of the question was also interesting, with Dr Tomabechi's answer to the student's question about whether AI could have an ego, that he was not sure at this stage whether it could have an 'introspective ego' that determines priorities in an subsumption partial order world, although it does have an 'ego'.

文系の政治的なマターに一番興味のある私にとっては、上位メタが自分の利益のために設計する生成AIでは、民主主義は実現し得ない、普及した社会の貧富の差が増大するという苫米地博士の結論でした。直接民主主義を実現するAIとして開発したフォートトークへの興味がさらに深まります。

Watching this Youtube reminded me of the lectures I enjoyed at university.
It was somewhat fast-paced and difficult for me, having been away from the world of intellectual academia for a while, but I could understand it with enough knowledge to have loved reading Newton on my graduation from science high school.
You can learn about the basic science of generative AI in layman's terms, such as "The knowledge world, the generative AI world and the physical world follow the law of 'subsumption partial order' from the top to the bottom, with increasing randomness and entropy."

One of the people who has helped me the most in the resolution process is Hideto Tomabechi. He is a really good adviser and has successfully guided me to improve my abilities.
Everyone of Tomabechi Certified Coaches who have studied his coaching techniques developed with Lou Tice have also supported me and given me various kinds of support, including subliminal messages.
I would like to share with you one of the messages that changed my outlook on life.
As you can see in the image above, the AI recognises the concept of success as 'getting money', which seems to be output by the Fort Talk image generation AI.
Gondo Taketora, a Tomabechi Certified Coach, says he wants to change the AI's perception of this to 'success = accomplishing one's role'. Usually the answer is 'honour', 'money', 'power' or something like that, but 'accomplishing one's role' was an eye-opener.
I feel that you have made us a dramatic shift in perspective to ethically modify the pragmatism of neoliberalism.
Once again, I felt that my role is to be rooted in both the West and the East, and to logically weave their conjugative common. This is also the last teaching of the late Sir Jacob Rothschild.
