Neuro Rights
- Inviolability of the Body and Mind of the Individual -

In April 2021, the Chilean National Assembly added “Protection of Brain Activity and Information Obtained Therein” to its constitutional article on the “Inviolability of the Body and Mind of the Individual”, becoming the first country in the world to incorporate neuro rights into their constitution.
The purpose of enacting this was the protection of human rights against the leaking of personal information, the alienation of individual freedoms, and receiving of mind control through irradiation by electromagnetic waves.
A team of neurologists at Colombia University have suggested that this should also be incorporated in the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” adopted by the United Nations.
This is the ultimate objective of us targeted individuals who have suffered gang stalking and electronic harassment.
Although the methods of individual harassment crimes should be regulated on a specific basis in each country through domestic legislation, it is necessary for us to work toward the international enactment of fundamental "neuro rights”.
At this stage, electromagnetic access to the brain is defined as attaching electrodes to the head and leaking brain waves. However, in the case of the crimes perpetrated against us, brain information is already being leaked and neural activity is being accessed through the remote irradiation of microwave pulses. Laws and treaties must be enacted that make it possible to tackle this reality.

2021年4月、チリの国民議会が、個人の肉体と精神の不可侵性に関する条文に、「脳の活動とそこから得られる情報の保護」を追加しました。世界で初めて「神経の権利(neuro-rights)」を憲法に盛り込みました。
これは、電磁波の脳の照射によって個人情報が漏洩したり、自由が侵害されたり、マインドコントロールを受けたりすることに対して個人の人権を守るために制定されたものです。
また、コロンビア大学の神経学者たちのチームは、これを国連で採択されている「世界人権宣言」にも盛り込むべきだとしています。
これは我々集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪を受けているTI被害者の最終的な目標です。
個々の嫌がらせ犯罪の手法については、国内の法制定によってそれぞれの国で微細に規制すべきですが、根本的な「神経の権利」の国際的な制定に向けて努力しなければなりません。
