The Reality of Media Implication
- The fierce battle between the forces that want to solve and the forces that perpetrate -

Here, I would like to talk about the media's implication. Victims of gang stalking and electronic harassment are highly vulnerable to this. It generally refers to implications that are said by passers-by or people in the workplace, but mainly by TV anchors or celebrities on live programmes.
Real-life examples.
(1) Before leaving the office, I called my wife and had a conversation with her and said ‘beef stew today’. When I turned on the TV after I got home, I saw a live comedy programme and the celebrity said, ‘I want some beef stew too’.
(2) Yesterday, I had severe abdominal pain and thought ‘it's hard’ many times. The next day, on the live news, I was told with a smirk that ‘having a hard time is a sign of weakness’.
(3) When I went out for half an hour, ten passers-by nudged me in the nose. When I returned home and watched the live news programme, the anchor repeatedly nudged my nose in a well-timed manner.
This is done to obtain the victim's personal information and deliberately inflict psychological damage. As I said in my article on the principles of cyberstalking, information leaks are done by mind reading in most cases. Please accept this fact first. Please refer to the following article.
Mind Reading

For example, if the programme is funded by the perpetrating organisation, the implication of perpetration can be made in the amount of the percentage. Note that TV anchors and entertainers are almost always told by conscious intervention. Therefore, it is premature to assume that they belong to a perpetrating organisation or that they have been bribed by a perpetrating organisation to say what they do. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a rule of programme production. Any TV anchor or celebrity can be made to say it.
If you receive this media implication, avoid watching TV, especially live broadcasts, as much as possible. It is easy to become concerned and watch it because your privacy is being leaked, but cut it off. Perpetrators will always say things in an implied way and without establishing a criminal component. Therefore, it is best mentally to shut it out. This media implication, however, is a system where a certain percentage of victims are always victimised. On the principle of capitalism, this is always done when the perpetrating force invests. If you are victimised, don't fight them unnecessarily, but relax, step aside and watch a DVD of the past.
Please note that gang stalking and electronic harassment can cause psychological damage in many other ways than this media implication. Victims are encouraged to learn as much as possible from my blog and other victims‘ websites, and to join victims’ groups as early as possible to strengthen horizontal links between victims. Today, there is greater awareness and less risk of suicide and psychiatric hospitalisation. On the production of programmes to protect TI (attempts at subliminal messages).
[Example of implication in programme A］
Let us assume a hypothetical programme A. This programme A has two parts due to the investment capital: one part is produced with the breath of the sponsors of the forces opposed to gang stalking, and the other part is produced with the breath of the perpetrating forces. This is usually determined by the share of investment and the attributes of the programme producer. In this programme A, it consists of the following
Sponsor part in support of resolving gang stalking (1) - 40%
Sponsor part in support of resolving gang stalking (2) - 40%
Sponsoring part of gang stalking perpetrators - 20%
In this programme A, the implication of malicious intent on a specific victim takes place in 20% of the programme. Then, the implication of favourable support for the same victim in the remaining 80% part of the programme, much of which is produced in a way that avoids the perpetrator's actions. Here I would like to explain the programme-making that takes place in this programme, based on actual examples of implication that I have experienced.
Below is a diagram of the above, along with the actual time flow of the programme, describing implication (1) to (10). In reality, it is more complicated, but it can be written in a simple way as follows. As a prerequisite, let us assume that I, the victim, experienced the following events immediately before the programme.
1) I hit my little finger on the wardrobe
2) I think over and over in my head that the perpetrator is unforgivable
3) I get hungry due to binge eating and drinking.
These acts of daily life are implicated on the programme with a frequency that cannot be considered coincidental. Here is how it works
Sample of implication in the programme (corresponding to the programme flow (1) to (10) in the top diagram)
(1) Newscaster A: ‘Any difficult problem can be solved’, said in a particularly loud voice.
(2) Newscaster A: Eyes turn sideways for a moment (implication that a malicious implication will be made immediately next).
(3) Newscaster B: ‘I hit my little finger on the wardrobe yesterday. I thought it was stupid...’ Responding to 1). (Implication of malice)
(4) Newscaster A: Shakes head (Implication of malicious implication immediately follows, implying that it is a mistake).
(5) Performer A: In a particularly loud voice, he said, ‘It honestly makes me angry that I can't forgive you’. Response to 2). (Implication of malice)
(6) Newscaster B: Particularly loud remark about the last ‘ta’ in ‘Here, Mr XX said this’. (Implication that malicious implication will be made next, so avoid (ta = other))
(7) Performer B: ‘If you eat like that, your stomach will go down. Idiot I thought you were wrong.’ Response to 3). (Implication of malice)
(8) Performer A: Sticks out his tongue widely (the act of sticking out his tongue is a habit of Senator Edano's, and is most often used when giving a message against gang stalking).
(9) Newscaster B: pretending to look at a campae and turning his eyes to the side (implication that a malicious implication will be made immediately next).
(10) Performer A: ‘I think these things will continue for the rest of my life’, said in a loud voice. (The perpetrator uses the word ‘continue’ in numerous implication. He emphasises that the perpetration will never stop.) (Implication of malice)
This is how the programme goes on. Many victims of electronic harassment are subjected to mind reading and are left with absolutely no privacy. I believe that there are many victims like me whose private life is being used for media implication through mind reading.
I would like to emphasise here that a few years ago, no one was aware of this and the malicious implication was only made in the parts of the programme funded by the perpetrating forces, but the reality of this damage was spread by well-meaning programme makers, and now this kind of programme production is being done by the forces against gang stalking to protect the victims. This is the first time this has happened since the DPJ took office just seven years ago. This has been done since the DPJ came to power just seven years ago. It has served to spread awareness of the problem internally and to build momentum for a solution. Normally such campaigns are not conducted, but the problem is the worst human rights violation of the post-war period. So this is a safe way of promoting a solution.
In addition, I would like to list examples of this media implication of malicious intent by the perpetrating forces and the implication of support by the forces opposing gang stalking. This is often shown on NHK and other news programmes, especially often put out on the evening 7pm news. The circumstances surrounding this issue are quite safe, so I am not afraid to write about them. These are implications of the adversaries used in a generic way, other than programme production based on privacy mind-reading, as described above. This allows us to know which force breathes the programme part, and the two are now clearly separated and fiercely contested.
Examples of malicious implication by perpetrators
Emphasis on ‘to’ or ‘totomoni’ (implying cooperation, not exclusion, of the perpetrators) .
Emphasis on ‘mo’ (ibid.) .
Emphasis on ‘no’ or ‘cannot’ (implying that resolution ‘cannot’ be achieved) .
Emphasis on ‘continue’ (intimidation to continue the perpetration) .
Emphasis on ‘can't be’ and ‘unbelievable’ (implication that the perpetration is generally unbelievable) .
Emphasis on ‘shi’ and ‘die’ (implication of death to the victim) .
Emphasis on ‘ga’ and ‘ni’ (this is customary) .
In some cases, implication of support for the following allies is used to induce confusion in the victim
Examples of implication of support for forces opposed to gang stalking
A momentary glance to the side (to induce avoidance of the next malicious implication) .
Closing one's eyes or mouth in a loud gesture (ibid.)
Shaking the head (ibid. or message that the perpetrator's implication is different) .
Emphasis on ‘ta = (other)’ and ‘su’ (as above, this has become customary) .
Stick out your tongue (the person who sticks it out is expressing his/her opposition to gang stalking).
Emphasis on ‘can’ (implication as opposed to the perpetrator that the problem ‘can’ be solved) .
Emphasis on ‘go’ (implying that the politician ‘goes’ to the victim) .
Emphasis on ‘will’ (implied promise to ‘resolve’) .
Emphasis on ‘ha’ (implies harmony and resolution) .
Emphasis on ‘one after another’ in the dialogue (implies that the issue will be reported one after another) .
The colours green and red appear more frequently on the screen (green = LDP, red = DPJ, both forces working together to resolve the issue. They are also the theme colours of this blog).
There are many more, and the reality is complex and difficult to understand, but the real examples are as follows. This is the rule of thumb that nowadays runs through everything from news to variety. Note that the same anchor, as in (1) to (10) above, both implication of perpetration and implication of support, is remotely and forcibly manipulated by the intervention of consciousness. It has become the status quo in broadcasting today that even those who do not belong to the perpetrating organisation are forced to implicate.
Thus, at the very least, the media have made so much effort in their programming to solve gang stalking and electronic harassment, which is a highly taboo subject. Now that this informal recognition has been spread, we are at the stage where a political public announcement should be made. We would like to ask both the Liberal Democratic Party and the Democratic Progressive Party to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We would also like media representatives to produce programmes that actually address these issues. This is to prevent tragedies. I would like to end this article with a deep request for this.

メディアのほのめかしの実態
解決したい勢力と加害勢力の熾烈な戦い

ここで、メディアのほのめかしの話をしようと思います。集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪被害者は、高い確率でこの被害を受けます。一般に通りすがりの人物や職場の人間が言ってくるほのめかしを、TVキャスターや芸能人によって主に生放送の番組で言われることをいいます。
実例を挙げてみましょう。
１）帰社前に妻と電話して「今日はビーフシチュー」と会話した。帰ってからテレビをつけると、生放送のコント番組で「俺もビーフシチュー食いてえ」と芸能人が言った。
２）昨日、激しい腹痛に見舞われて、何度も「つらい」と考えた。翌日の生放送のニュースで「つらいなんてのはひ弱な証拠です」とにやつきながら言われた。
３）30分外出した時に、通りすがりの人物が10人鼻をなでてきた。帰って生放送の報道番組を見ると、キャスターがタイミングを合わせて鼻を何度もなでた。
これは、被害者の個人情報を入手して、意図的に精神的ダメージを負わせるために行うものです。ネットストーカーの原理の記事でも言いましたが、情報漏洩はほとんどの場合において思考盗聴で行われます。まずはこの事実を受け入れてください。下記記事をご参考になさってください。

例えば、その番組に加害団体が出資していれば、その比率の分だけ加害行為のほのめかしを行うことができます。なお、TVキャスターや芸能人は、ほとんどの場合意識の介入で言わされています。従いまして、彼らが加害団体に所属しているとか、加害団体に買収されて言わされていると断じるのは早計です。番組の制作ルールと言って過言ではありません。どのTVキャスター、芸能人でも言わされる可能性があります。
このメディアのほのめかしを受けた場合、TV、特に生放送をできるだけ見ないようにしてください。プライバシーを漏洩されるので、気になってみてしまいがちですが、断ち切ってください。加害者は必ず暗示的な方法で犯罪構成要件を成立させずに言ってきます。従いまして、シャットアウトするのが精神的に最もいいです。このメディアのほのめかしですが、一定割合の被害者が常に被害を受けるシステムとなっています。資本主義の原則上、加害勢力が出資したら必ず行われるものです。もし被害を受けたら、むやみに対抗せずに、身を引いて過去のDVDなどを視聴するようにしてリラックスしてお過ごしください。
なお、集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪では、このメディアによるほのめかし以外にも、様々な方法で精神的ダメージを与えてきます。被害者の皆様は、できるだけ私のブログやほかの被害者のHPを見て学習し、NPOテクノロジー犯罪被害ネットワークに早期に参加して被害者同士横のつながりを強固にしてください。現在では、認知が進んでおり、自殺や精神病院入院のリスクも少なくなっています。被害を受けた当初の人は、下記のまとめページから各記事をご覧になってください。

被害者を守る番組制作について（サブリミナル・メッセージの試み）
【番組Aにおけるほのめかしの例】
ここで、仮想の番組Aを想定します。この番組Aには出資資本の関係上、集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のスポンサーの息のかかった番組制作部分と、加害勢力の息がかかった番組制作部分があります。通常、これは出資比率や番組制作者の属性によって決定されます。この番組Aでは下記のように構成されています。
集団ストーカー解決に賛成のスポンサー部分（1） ・・・40%
集団ストーカー解決に賛成のスポンサー部分（2） ・・・40%
集団ストーカー加害勢力のスポンサー部分 ・・・20%
このとき、この番組Aでは悪意による特定被害者へのほのめかしが番組の20%の部分で行われます。そして、残りの80%の部分で同じ被害者に対して好意的なサポートのほのめかしが行われ、その多くは加害行為を回避するように番組制作が行われます。ここでは、私が経験しているほのめかしの実例に基づいて、この番組で行われている番組制作づくりをご説明したいと思います。
下記は上記の図を番組の実時間の流れとともに、①～⑩のほのめかしを記述したものです。実際はもっと複雑ですが、分かりやすく書くと下記のようになります。前提条件として、被害者の私がこの番組の直前に下記の出来事を経験ているとします。
1) タンスに小指をぶつける
2) 加害勢力が許せないと頭の中で何度も繰り返し考える
3) 暴飲暴食でお腹を下す
このような生活上の行為が番組上で偶然とは思えない頻度でほのめかされるのです。下記はその仕組みです。
番組上のほのめかしのサンプル （一番上の図の番組の流れ①～⑩に対応）
① キャスターA 「どんな難しい問題も必ず解決できる」と特に大きな声で発言
② 出演者A 目線を一瞬横に向ける（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われることを示唆）
③ キャスターB 「私は昨日タンスに小指をぶつけたんですよ。馬鹿だな～と思いましたが」 1)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
④ キャスターA 首を横に振る（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われ、それが間違いであることを示唆）
⑤ 出演芸能人A 特に大きな声で「許せないって正直腹が立ちますよね」と発言。 2)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
⑥ キャスターB 「ここで○○さんはこのように言いました」の最後の「た」の部分を特に大きな声で発言。（次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われるから回避（た＝他）するよう示唆）
⑦ 出演芸能人B 「そんな食べ方をしていたらお腹が下りますよね。アホ違うかと思いましたが。」 3)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
⑧ 出演者A 舌を大きく出す（舌を出す行為は枝野議員の口癖で、集団ストーカー反対のメッセージを出すときに最も多く用いられている。）
⑨ キャスターB カンペを見るふりをして目線を横に向ける（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われることを示唆）
⑩ 出演芸能人A 「こういったことは一生続くと思いますよ」と大きな声で発言。（加害者は「続く」という言葉をほのめかしに多数用いている。加害行為は絶対にやめないことを強調している。）（悪意のほのめかし）
このような番組の流れになります。ここで、プライベートの出来事がなぜ加害者に知られているかについては、こちらの記事を参考にしてください。テクノロジー犯罪を受けている被害者の多くが思考盗聴を受けており、まったくプライバシーがない状態に置かれています。私のようにプライベートのことが思考盗聴で筒抜けでメディアのほのめかしに利用されている被害者は多いのではないかと思います。
ここで強調したいのは、数年前は誰に知られることもなく、悪意のあるほのめかしが加害勢力が出資する番組部分で行われるだけだったのですが、善意の番組制作者によってこの被害の実態が広められ、現在ではこのように集団ストーカーに反対の勢力によって被害者を守るように番組制作が行われています。これはちょうど7年前の民主党政権時から行われています。これは、内々にこの問題の認知を広め、解決の機運が高める役割を果たしてきました。通常このようなキャンペーンは行われないのですが、問題は戦後最悪の人権侵害です。このような方法によって安全に解決を進めているわけです。
なお、このメディアのほのめかしで、加害勢力による悪意のほのめかしと集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のサポートのほのめかしの実例を列挙してみたいと思います。これがよく表れているのがNHKをはじめとした報道番組であり、特によく出されるのが夕方7時のニュースです。この問題を取り巻く状況はかなり安全になっていますので、書いても差し支えありません。これらは、上記のようにプライバシーの思考盗聴に基づいた番組制作以外に、汎用的に用いられる敵味方のほのめかしです。これによってどちらの勢力の息がかかった番組部分かが分かるようになっており、現在では両者は明確に分けられ、熾烈な戦いの様相を示しています。
加害勢力による悪意のほのめかしの実例
・「と」、または「とともに」を強調（加害勢力を排除せずに協調せよという意味を込めている）
・「も」を強調（同上）
・「ない」「できない」を強調（解決「できない」ことを暗示）
・「続く」を強調（加害行為を続けてやるという威迫）
・「あるわけない」「信じられない」を強調（加害行為は一般に信じられないというほのめかし）
・「し」「死ぬ」を強調（被害者に対する死の暗示）
・「が」「に」を強調（慣習的にこのようになっている）
・下記の味方のサポートのほのめかしを被害者の混乱の誘発のために行うケースもある
集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のサポートのほのめかしの実例
・一瞬目線を横にやる（次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われる場合に回避するよう誘導）
・大きなしぐさで目をつぶる、口を閉じる（同上）
・首を振る（同上または加害者のほのめかしが違うとメッセージ）
・「た＝（他）」「す」を強調（同上、慣習的にこうなってきた）
・舌を出す（出した人物は集団ストーカーに反対であることを表明したことになる）
・「できる」を強調（解決「できる」という加害者とは反対のほのめかし）
・「行く」を強調（被害者のもとに政治家が「行く」ことを暗示）
・「する」を強調（解決「する」と約束するよう暗示）
・「は」を強調（和して解決に結びつけるよう暗示）
・「続々と」をセリフの中に入れて強調（続々とこの問題が報道されるように暗示）
・緑と赤の色が画面に多く表れる（緑＝自民党、赤＝民主党の両勢力の協力により解決。このブログのテーマ色でもある。）
他にもたくさんあり、実態は複雑なので分かりにくいのですが、実例を挙げるとこのようになります。これはニュースからバラエティまで現在ではこの法則性が通底しています。なお、上記の①～⑩のように、同じキャスターでも加害行為のほのめかしもサポートのほのめかしも行うのは、遠隔から意識の介入で強制的に操作されているからです。加害組織に所属しない人物でもほのめかしをさせられてしまうのが今の放送界の現状となってしまっているのです。
このように、少なくとも、メディアはタブー性の強い集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪を解決するための番組構成上の努力をこれだけしてきました。このように内々の認知が行きわたった今、政治的な公表を行うべき段階に来ています。一刻も早い解決を自民・民進両党にはお願いしたいところです。また、メディア関係者には実際にこれらの問題を取り上げた番組を制作していただきたいと考えています。悲劇を防ぐためです。このことを深くお願いして今回の記事の末尾とさせていただきたいと思います。

Below is a diagram of the above, along with the actual time flow of the programme, describing implication (1) to (10). In reality, it is more complicated, but it can be written in a simple way as follows. As a prerequisite, let us assume that I, the victim, experienced the following events immediately before the programme.
1) I hit my little finger on the wardrobe
2) I think over and over in my head that the perpetrator is unforgivable
3) I get hungry due to binge eating and drinking.
These acts of daily life are implicated on the programme with a frequency that cannot be considered coincidental. Here is how it works
Sample of implication in the programme (corresponding to the programme flow (1) to (10) in the top diagram)
(1) Newscaster A: ‘Any difficult problem can be solved’, said in a particularly loud voice.
(2) Newscaster A: Eyes turn sideways for a moment (implication that a malicious implication will be made immediately next).
(3) Newscaster B: ‘I hit my little finger on the wardrobe yesterday. I thought it was stupid...’ Responding to 1). (Implication of malice)
(4) Newscaster A: Shakes head (Implication of malicious implication immediately follows, implying that it is a mistake).
(5) Performer A: In a particularly loud voice, he said, ‘It honestly makes me angry that I can't forgive you’. Response to 2). (Implication of malice)
(6) Newscaster B: Particularly loud remark about the last ‘ta’ in ‘Here, Mr XX said this’. (Implication that malicious implication will be made next, so avoid (ta = other))
(7) Performer B: ‘If you eat like that, your stomach will go down. Idiot I thought you were wrong.’ Response to 3). (Implication of malice)
(8) Performer A: Sticks out his tongue widely (the act of sticking out his tongue is a habit of Senator Edano's, and is most often used when giving a message against gang stalking).
(9) Newscaster B: pretending to look at a campae and turning his eyes to the side (implication that a malicious implication will be made immediately next).
(10) Performer A: ‘I think these things will continue for the rest of my life’, said in a loud voice. (The perpetrator uses the word ‘continue’ in numerous implication. He emphasises that the perpetration will never stop.) (Implication of malice)
This is how the programme goes on. Many victims of electronic harassment are subjected to mind reading and are left with absolutely no privacy. I believe that there are many victims like me whose private life is being used for media implication through mind reading.
I would like to emphasise here that a few years ago, no one was aware of this and the malicious implication was only made in the parts of the programme funded by the perpetrating forces, but the reality of this damage was spread by well-meaning programme makers, and now this kind of programme production is being done by the forces against gang stalking to protect the victims. This is the first time this has happened since the DPJ took office just seven years ago. This has been done since the DPJ came to power just seven years ago. It has served to spread awareness of the problem internally and to build momentum for a solution. Normally such campaigns are not conducted, but the problem is the worst human rights violation of the post-war period. So this is a safe way of promoting a solution.
In addition, I would like to list examples of this media implication of malicious intent by the perpetrating forces and the implication of support by the forces opposing gang stalking. This is often shown on NHK and other news programmes, especially often put out on the evening 7pm news. The circumstances surrounding this issue are quite safe, so I am not afraid to write about them. These are implications of the adversaries used in a generic way, other than programme production based on privacy mind-reading, as described above. This allows us to know which force breathes the programme part, and the two are now clearly separated and fiercely contested.
Examples of malicious implication by perpetrators
Emphasis on ‘to’ or ‘totomoni’ (implying cooperation, not exclusion, of the perpetrators) .
Emphasis on ‘mo’ (ibid.) .
Emphasis on ‘no’ or ‘cannot’ (implying that resolution ‘cannot’ be achieved) .
Emphasis on ‘continue’ (intimidation to continue the perpetration) .
Emphasis on ‘can't be’ and ‘unbelievable’ (implication that the perpetration is generally unbelievable) .
Emphasis on ‘shi’ and ‘die’ (implication of death to the victim) .
Emphasis on ‘ga’ and ‘ni’ (this is customary) .
In some cases, implication of support for the following allies is used to induce confusion in the victim
Examples of implication of support for forces opposed to gang stalking
A momentary glance to the side (to induce avoidance of the next malicious implication) .
Closing one's eyes or mouth in a loud gesture (ibid.)
Shaking the head (ibid. or message that the perpetrator's implication is different) .
Emphasis on ‘ta = (other)’ and ‘su’ (as above, this has become customary) .
Stick out your tongue (the person who sticks it out is expressing his/her opposition to gang stalking).
Emphasis on ‘can’ (implication as opposed to the perpetrator that the problem ‘can’ be solved) .
Emphasis on ‘go’ (implying that the politician ‘goes’ to the victim) .
Emphasis on ‘will’ (implied promise to ‘resolve’) .
Emphasis on ‘ha’ (implies harmony and resolution) .
Emphasis on ‘one after another’ in the dialogue (implies that the issue will be reported one after another) .
The colours green and red appear more frequently on the screen (green = LDP, red = DPJ, both forces working together to resolve the issue. They are also the theme colours of this blog).

There are many more, and the reality is complex and difficult to understand, but the real examples are as follows. This is the rule of thumb that nowadays runs through everything from news to variety. Note that the same anchor, as in (1) to (10) above, both implication of perpetration and implication of support, is remotely and forcibly manipulated by the intervention of consciousness. It has become the status quo in broadcasting today that even those who do not belong to the perpetrating organisation are forced to implicate.
Thus, at the very least, the media have made so much effort in their programming to solve gang stalking and electronic harassment, which is a highly taboo subject. Now that this informal recognition has been spread, we are at the stage where a political public announcement should be made. We would like to ask both the Liberal Democratic Party and the Democratic Progressive Party to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We would also like media representatives to produce programmes that actually address these issues. This is to prevent tragedies. I would like to end this article with a deep request for this.

メディアのほのめかしの実態
解決したい勢力と加害勢力の熾烈な戦い

ここで、メディアのほのめかしの話をしようと思います。集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪被害者は、高い確率でこの被害を受けます。一般に通りすがりの人物や職場の人間が言ってくるほのめかしを、TVキャスターや芸能人によって主に生放送の番組で言われることをいいます。
実例を挙げてみましょう。
１）帰社前に妻と電話して「今日はビーフシチュー」と会話した。帰ってからテレビをつけると、生放送のコント番組で「俺もビーフシチュー食いてえ」と芸能人が言った。
２）昨日、激しい腹痛に見舞われて、何度も「つらい」と考えた。翌日の生放送のニュースで「つらいなんてのはひ弱な証拠です」とにやつきながら言われた。
３）30分外出した時に、通りすがりの人物が10人鼻をなでてきた。帰って生放送の報道番組を見ると、キャスターがタイミングを合わせて鼻を何度もなでた。
これは、被害者の個人情報を入手して、意図的に精神的ダメージを負わせるために行うものです。ネットストーカーの原理の記事でも言いましたが、情報漏洩はほとんどの場合において思考盗聴で行われます。まずはこの事実を受け入れてください。下記記事をご参考になさってください。

例えば、その番組に加害団体が出資していれば、その比率の分だけ加害行為のほのめかしを行うことができます。なお、TVキャスターや芸能人は、ほとんどの場合意識の介入で言わされています。従いまして、彼らが加害団体に所属しているとか、加害団体に買収されて言わされていると断じるのは早計です。番組の制作ルールと言って過言ではありません。どのTVキャスター、芸能人でも言わされる可能性があります。
このメディアのほのめかしを受けた場合、TV、特に生放送をできるだけ見ないようにしてください。プライバシーを漏洩されるので、気になってみてしまいがちですが、断ち切ってください。加害者は必ず暗示的な方法で犯罪構成要件を成立させずに言ってきます。従いまして、シャットアウトするのが精神的に最もいいです。このメディアのほのめかしですが、一定割合の被害者が常に被害を受けるシステムとなっています。資本主義の原則上、加害勢力が出資したら必ず行われるものです。もし被害を受けたら、むやみに対抗せずに、身を引いて過去のDVDなどを視聴するようにしてリラックスしてお過ごしください。
なお、集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪では、このメディアによるほのめかし以外にも、様々な方法で精神的ダメージを与えてきます。被害者の皆様は、できるだけ私のブログやほかの被害者のHPを見て学習し、NPOテクノロジー犯罪被害ネットワークに早期に参加して被害者同士横のつながりを強固にしてください。現在では、認知が進んでおり、自殺や精神病院入院のリスクも少なくなっています。被害を受けた当初の人は、下記のまとめページから各記事をご覧になってください。

被害者を守る番組制作について（サブリミナル・メッセージの試み）
【番組Aにおけるほのめかしの例】
ここで、仮想の番組Aを想定します。この番組Aには出資資本の関係上、集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のスポンサーの息のかかった番組制作部分と、加害勢力の息がかかった番組制作部分があります。通常、これは出資比率や番組制作者の属性によって決定されます。この番組Aでは下記のように構成されています。
集団ストーカー解決に賛成のスポンサー部分（1） ・・・40%
集団ストーカー解決に賛成のスポンサー部分（2） ・・・40%
集団ストーカー加害勢力のスポンサー部分 ・・・20%
このとき、この番組Aでは悪意による特定被害者へのほのめかしが番組の20%の部分で行われます。そして、残りの80%の部分で同じ被害者に対して好意的なサポートのほのめかしが行われ、その多くは加害行為を回避するように番組制作が行われます。ここでは、私が経験しているほのめかしの実例に基づいて、この番組で行われている番組制作づくりをご説明したいと思います。
下記は上記の図を番組の実時間の流れとともに、①～⑩のほのめかしを記述したものです。実際はもっと複雑ですが、分かりやすく書くと下記のようになります。前提条件として、被害者の私がこの番組の直前に下記の出来事を経験ているとします。
1) タンスに小指をぶつける
2) 加害勢力が許せないと頭の中で何度も繰り返し考える
3) 暴飲暴食でお腹を下す
このような生活上の行為が番組上で偶然とは思えない頻度でほのめかされるのです。下記はその仕組みです。
番組上のほのめかしのサンプル （一番上の図の番組の流れ①～⑩に対応）
① キャスターA 「どんな難しい問題も必ず解決できる」と特に大きな声で発言
② 出演者A 目線を一瞬横に向ける（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われることを示唆）
③ キャスターB 「私は昨日タンスに小指をぶつけたんですよ。馬鹿だな～と思いましたが」 1)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
④ キャスターA 首を横に振る（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われ、それが間違いであることを示唆）
⑤ 出演芸能人A 特に大きな声で「許せないって正直腹が立ちますよね」と発言。 2)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
⑥ キャスターB 「ここで○○さんはこのように言いました」の最後の「た」の部分を特に大きな声で発言。（次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われるから回避（た＝他）するよう示唆）
⑦ 出演芸能人B 「そんな食べ方をしていたらお腹が下りますよね。アホ違うかと思いましたが。」 3)に対応。（悪意のほのめかし）
⑧ 出演者A 舌を大きく出す（舌を出す行為は枝野議員の口癖で、集団ストーカー反対のメッセージを出すときに最も多く用いられている。）
⑨ キャスターB カンペを見るふりをして目線を横に向ける（すぐ次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われることを示唆）
⑩ 出演芸能人A 「こういったことは一生続くと思いますよ」と大きな声で発言。（加害者は「続く」という言葉をほのめかしに多数用いている。加害行為は絶対にやめないことを強調している。）（悪意のほのめかし）
このような番組の流れになります。ここで、プライベートの出来事がなぜ加害者に知られているかについては、こちらの記事を参考にしてください。テクノロジー犯罪を受けている被害者の多くが思考盗聴を受けており、まったくプライバシーがない状態に置かれています。私のようにプライベートのことが思考盗聴で筒抜けでメディアのほのめかしに利用されている被害者は多いのではないかと思います。
ここで強調したいのは、数年前は誰に知られることもなく、悪意のあるほのめかしが加害勢力が出資する番組部分で行われるだけだったのですが、善意の番組制作者によってこの被害の実態が広められ、現在ではこのように集団ストーカーに反対の勢力によって被害者を守るように番組制作が行われています。これはちょうど7年前の民主党政権時から行われています。これは、内々にこの問題の認知を広め、解決の機運が高める役割を果たしてきました。通常このようなキャンペーンは行われないのですが、問題は戦後最悪の人権侵害です。このような方法によって安全に解決を進めているわけです。
なお、このメディアのほのめかしで、加害勢力による悪意のほのめかしと集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のサポートのほのめかしの実例を列挙してみたいと思います。これがよく表れているのがNHKをはじめとした報道番組であり、特によく出されるのが夕方7時のニュースです。この問題を取り巻く状況はかなり安全になっていますので、書いても差し支えありません。これらは、上記のようにプライバシーの思考盗聴に基づいた番組制作以外に、汎用的に用いられる敵味方のほのめかしです。これによってどちらの勢力の息がかかった番組部分かが分かるようになっており、現在では両者は明確に分けられ、熾烈な戦いの様相を示しています。
加害勢力による悪意のほのめかしの実例
・「と」、または「とともに」を強調（加害勢力を排除せずに協調せよという意味を込めている）
・「も」を強調（同上）
・「ない」「できない」を強調（解決「できない」ことを暗示）
・「続く」を強調（加害行為を続けてやるという威迫）
・「あるわけない」「信じられない」を強調（加害行為は一般に信じられないというほのめかし）
・「し」「死ぬ」を強調（被害者に対する死の暗示）
・「が」「に」を強調（慣習的にこのようになっている）
・下記の味方のサポートのほのめかしを被害者の混乱の誘発のために行うケースもある
集団ストーカーに反対の勢力のサポートのほのめかしの実例
・一瞬目線を横にやる（次に悪意のあるほのめかしが行われる場合に回避するよう誘導）
・大きなしぐさで目をつぶる、口を閉じる（同上）
・首を振る（同上または加害者のほのめかしが違うとメッセージ）
・「た＝（他）」「す」を強調（同上、慣習的にこうなってきた）
・舌を出す（出した人物は集団ストーカーに反対であることを表明したことになる）
・「できる」を強調（解決「できる」という加害者とは反対のほのめかし）
・「行く」を強調（被害者のもとに政治家が「行く」ことを暗示）
・「する」を強調（解決「する」と約束するよう暗示）
・「は」を強調（和して解決に結びつけるよう暗示）
・「続々と」をセリフの中に入れて強調（続々とこの問題が報道されるように暗示）
・緑と赤の色が画面に多く表れる（緑＝自民党、赤＝民主党の両勢力の協力により解決。このブログのテーマ色でもある。）
他にもたくさんあり、実態は複雑なので分かりにくいのですが、実例を挙げるとこのようになります。これはニュースからバラエティまで現在ではこの法則性が通底しています。なお、上記の①～⑩のように、同じキャスターでも加害行為のほのめかしもサポートのほのめかしも行うのは、遠隔から意識の介入で強制的に操作されているからです。加害組織に所属しない人物でもほのめかしをさせられてしまうのが今の放送界の現状となってしまっているのです。
このように、少なくとも、メディアはタブー性の強い集団ストーカー・テクノロジー犯罪を解決するための番組構成上の努力をこれだけしてきました。このように内々の認知が行きわたった今、政治的な公表を行うべき段階に来ています。一刻も早い解決を自民・民進両党にはお願いしたいところです。また、メディア関係者には実際にこれらの問題を取り上げた番組を制作していただきたいと考えています。悲劇を防ぐためです。このことを深くお願いして今回の記事の末尾とさせていただきたいと思います。
